Resilience Network

The Conscious Mind Resilience Network is a group made up of graduates of the 8-week courses and/or clients who have participated in at least 10 private 1-to-1 sessions with me.

Community is very important in any personal development journey. In traditional Buddhist circles this community is known as a 'Sangha". We a have people from all backgrounds and beliefs in the Resilience Network and we all support each other to thrive. However, partcipation is totally voluntary.

The groups' purpose is to provide ongoing support so that students' mindfulness resilience is continuously developed in the long-term. One of the hardest periods throughout the 8 weeks is right after the course finishes. We slip back into our old routines and it's all too easy to allow our meditation practice to fade. I set up the network to minimise the chances of this happening by maintaining regular contact and holding events to supplement the teachings in the courses. This 'fading stage' is perfectly normal but there are ways to tackle it to protect this important life tool.

The networking events are free and include exploration of a variety of topics around meditation and mindfulness and troubleshooting problems that can occur in daily meditation practices.

This community is a valuable asset for any person looking to be stress-free, empowered and resilient on their journey to freedom. However, prior participation in the 8-week course or at least 10 private 1-to-1 sessions is essential to ensure that experienced meditators form the core of the group and preserve the mission for future meditators to benefit from.
